Subscription boxes are sent out on a monthly basis. Boxes are shipped out on the 15th working day of each month. Please note that these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.
Shop Stock items are shipped 3 working days once payment has been made.
SUBSCRIPTION & CUT-OFF WINDOW
You can receive the current month’s box up until the cut-off period. The cut-off is the 14th of each month. If you subscribe after this date you'll miss out on the current month’s box and will automatically be subscribed to next month’s box. You will be charged immediately but you will not be charged on the 1st of the following month.
Your payment method will be billed automatically on the day you signed up.

All subscriptions will automatically renew until cancelled in 'Manage my subscriptions'
DAMAGED / LOST / MISSING GOODS
Please note that shipping estimates are just estimates and arrival of your box may take longer (this can vary depending on time of year). If your box never arrives, has something damaged or missing then you must contact us as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation. You can get in touch with us here.
Each month is a mystery box that contains a mixture of jewellery accessories. Each subscription box retails for at least 20% more than the subscription cost. Contents of boxes may vary due to demand.
What can I expect within my box?
Within the Gift and Subscription boxes there will be a number of mystery products. Depend on the value or either the subscription or gifts boxes that you choose, will depend on the number of products you will receive – the more the subscription or value of the box the more products the box will contain or higher valued items the products will be.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no contracts (or hidden fees) for monthly subscribers. You can do this from within your account or by emailing us on email@example.com. If you would like a refund with your cancellation then you must email us as cancellations do not automatically refund.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your box. The box must be un-opened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Exceptions may apply and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. You must follow our returns procedure outline here and below:

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE BOX BACK, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WHICH CAN TAKE AROUND 3-5 WORKING DAYS
